Today was a pretty chill day until mom and I started talking about the lawn needing to be mowed and Grandma's (Bestema) needing to be mowed. I decided that I would do it. I haven't mowed a lawn in probably over 15 years! And I've probably only mowed a lawn 2 times before that! I think my dad thought I was slow and struggling. I may have been slow, but I wasn't struggling!! I did their entire front yard and some of the back. Then at Grandma's I did the insides. My dad did the edges. I was pretty proud of myself! Then afterwards we went to La Cocina. Derrick ate rice and beens, which is by far his favorite things to eat. He was pretty tired afterwards from not taking a very good nap and layed with Grandma for a little while.
